Google Merchant Center allows millions of online shoppers to discover, explore, and buy your products. A suite of programs, including Shopping ads, surfaces across Google, offering different ways for you to get the right products to the right customers.<\/p>\n<h4>Before you begin<\/h4>\n<p data-outlined=\"false\"><em>You\u2019ll need a Google Account (like Gmail) to sign up for Merchant Center. If you don&#8217;t have a Google account, go to&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/accounts.google.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">accounts.google.com<\/a>&nbsp;and click&nbsp;Create account.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>When you\u2019re ready, go to&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/merchants.google.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">merchants.google.com<\/a>&nbsp;and sign in with your Google Account to get started.<\/em><\/p>\n<h4>Enter your business information<\/h4>\n<p>Your business information will be used in each program you sign up for. You\u2019ll only have to enter this information once. Add the country where your business is registered as the \u201cBusiness country.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Your business display name can be your business\u2019s name, your website\u2019s name, or your store name. Remember: The name you enter as your business display name will be used as your Merchant Center account name, and users will see this name across Google.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">The time zone for Merchant Center is automatically filled based on the country you choose under \u201cBusiness country\u201d. Once you\u2019ve created an account, you can change the time zone in&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/merchants.google.com\/mc\/accountprefs\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">your account\u2019s settings<\/a>.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>Tip:&nbsp;<\/strong>Changing the time zone will alter how we calculate and report your performance metrics.
