Nicole Smith (Head of Affiliate &amp; Partnerships) accepted the award on behalf of the team, alongside Justin Rose (Head of Client Success) and Rob Reynolds (Sales Director).<\/span><\/p><h2><b>Why this one means so much<\/b><\/h2><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Commission Factory, backed by Awin&#8217;s global reach, sees inside hundreds of affiliate programs every day. They know which agencies are growing their clients&#8217; programs, which ones build strong publisher relationships, and which ones are great to work with.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This year we focused on three things to set our newest service line up for success: onboarding our clients to Commission Factory&#8217;s market-leading technology, building stronger relationships across the Commission Factory team, and being a genuinely collaborative partner across account management, publisher management and sales.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">That collaborative approach also put Adcore among the first to test new network features and onboard new publishers as they joined the network.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Our affiliate service has just passed its first year, so this award means a lot. It reflects the work the team has put into building the service and the strong results we&#8217;ve delivered for our clients, 90% of whom are on the Commission Factory Two key footwear brands delivered +118% and +86% revenue growth on the previous half, after we refreshed our performance strategy to better align with each brand&#8217;s target audience.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Alongside this, we&#8217;ve made Digital PR and Affiliate Performance PR a core part of how we run programs, teaming up with trusted editorial publishers to land coverage that drives traffic and sales. Brands get seen in high-quality media, and every placement is tracked and paid on results, just like the rest of the channel.<\/span><\/p><h3><b>Deep understanding of the network<\/b><\/h3><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Every team member completed intensive training, both in-house and with our Commission Factory reps. That gives us a detailed understanding of the platform, and of the features and reports that let us go beyond top-line metrics to uncover actionable insights.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We also hold bi-monthly catch-ups with the Commission Factory team for growth planning, training on new features, and Q&amp;A sessions.<\/span><\/p><h3><b>Strong portfolio growth<\/b><\/h3><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">With support from the Commission Factory Sales and Onboarding teams, Adcore nearly doubled its affiliate portfolio in H2 FY26, with most new clients on the Commission Factory network.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We&#8217;re proud to work with some fantastic brands, including Munro Footwear Group, House, Williams Shoes, MIDAS, Mazzucchelli&#8217;s, Global Retail Brands, Tentworld and more.<\/span><\/p><h2><b>A word from the team<\/b><\/h2><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8220;Affiliate is all about relationships.
