About the Role
The Application Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the success and growth of Adcore’s applications from a strategic, business-oriented perspective. This role blends customer success, application optimization, and business development to ensure our applications deliver maximum value to clients, drive satisfaction, and support Adcore’s revenue growth objectives. You will lead cross-functional initiatives, manage client relationships, and work collaboratively to align application performance with business goals.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead and manage the Customer Success Management (CSM) and compliance teams, fostering strong client relationships and delivering a seamless customer experience.
- Analyze application performance, gather user feedback, and identify opportunities to enhance features, usability, and overall impact.
- Collaborate with sales and business development teams to identify upselling opportunities, expand client engagement, and drive revenue growth.
- Partner with internal teams, including product and marketing, to ensure application updates and features align with client needs and market demands.
- Provide expert guidance, training, and ongoing client support, enabling them to achieve maximum value from Adcore’s applications.
- Oversee the full application lifecycle, from launch to continuous improvement, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market trends.
- Identify and act on trends, insights, and opportunities within the application ecosystem to support strategic growth initiatives.
Desired Skills and Experience

- A Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
- A proven track record in customer success, client support, or business development, ideally within the SaaS or digital advertising industries.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and nurture strong client relationships.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret performance data and derive actionable insights.
- Familiarity with SaaS platforms and digital advertising technologies is highly desirable.
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across teams.
- Creative thinker with the ability to work independently and proactively initiate growth.
- Excellent communication skills in Hebrew (Native) and English (Fluent)- any additional languages- is an advantage.
