About the Role

We are seeking a Client Manager to join our Elite team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our clients across a diverse range of industries. Work closely with clients to understand their unique needs, provide strategic guidance, and drive positive outcomes.

What You'll Be Doing

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders.
    • Develop and execute client success plans along with Industry Team Lead, tailored to each client’s specific needs and goals.
    • Proactively identify and address client needs and challenges, assess performance, and identify opportunities for growth.
    • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure client success.
    • Conduct periodic performance meetings with clients, showcasing results, insights, and future plans.
    • Continuously develop your skills and knowledge in digital marketing, strategy, and industry trends.

Desired Skills and Experience:

    • 2+ years of experience in account management or client relationships is a must (working in a marketing agency is a plus).
    • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, including managing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across various platforms and tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads, DV360, GA4, etc.).
    • Excellent communication skills in Hebrew (Native) and English (Fluent)- Must Additional languages- an advantage.
    • Excellent organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail.
    • Strong presentation skills: Ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and insights to clients in both written and verbal formats.
    • Highly motivated, goal-driven, and eager to learn in a dynamic and supportive team environment.
    • Creative thinker with the ability to work independently and proactively initiate growth.
    • A genuine passion for digital marketing and a desire to stay ahead of industry trends.
