About the Role
Adcore is looking for a Community Manager to join our Customer Success team. In this position, you will be responsible for building Adcore’s Marketing Cloud user community from the ground up, defining it, growing it, and keeping it alive and engaging.
As a Community Manager, it’s essential to be able to quickly grasp highly technical concepts and make them easily understandable and appealing.
You will be learning the ins and outs of Adcore’s Marketing Cloud target audience, and create tailor-made content and assets for each user segment. This will include everything from choosing the right audience to defining messaging and creating growth opportunities.
