About the Role

Adcore is seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Compliance Officer and Budget Controller to join our dynamic legal team. This role acts as the gatekeeper for ensuring adherence to compliance standards and maintaining financial control.

As the Compliance Officer, you’ll oversee and perform thorough Know Your Customer (KYC) processes for clients and partners, ensuring compliance and mitigating risks. As the Budget Controller, you will manage and monitor financial flows, ensuring alignment between incoming and outgoing financial flows to prevent budget discrepancies and optimize financial operations.

What You'll Be Doing

    • Perform KYC due diligence for clients and third parties, identifying gaps and enforcing compliance standards.
    • Monitor and control budgets to ensure accuracy in financial balances and transactions.
    • Act as the primary contact for compliance and budget inquiries, collaborating closely with tech, sales, finance, and other internal teams.
    • Provide regular updates and reports on compliance and financial activities, supporting decision-making and risk management.
    • Develop and enforce policies to ensure transparency and efficiency in financial and compliance processes.

Desired Skills and Experience

    • Bachelor’s degree in Law, relevant coursework or certification in compliance preferred.
    • 1-3 years of experience in compliance or financial roles, preferably with expertise in budget control and legal oversight.
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and have the ability to work independently.
    • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving attitude. Self-motivated, fast learner, energetic, and driven individual with the ability to learn new skills and a can-do attitude
    • Great communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
    • A tech-savvy approach and the ability to understand and engage with the Company’s product environment – is a plus!
