About the Role
We are seeking a passionate Digital Marketing Manager to join our growing digital marketing team as part of the agency in the HQ in Tel-Aviv. You will be managing the online marketing activity of the agency’s clients, hands-on building and implementing marketing strategies, and optimizing the client’s business goals and KPI’s.
- Full time position: Sunday to Thursday, 9:00AM to 6:00PM
- This position is located in Tel Aviv.
- Hybrid work – onsite / remote
What You'll Be Doing
- Manage Search Engine Marketing (SEM) projects including client relations, performance analysis, campaign development, testing & reporting
- Research and analyze industry changes/developments in Search Engine Marketing
- Analyze client websites and provide well-defined strategies to improve site performance and ROAS
- Perform analysis and research, provide recommendations and develop a strategy for PPC campaigns
- Manage day-to-day client relationships with clients around the world
What We’re Looking For
- Relevant Bachelor’s Degree Required – BSc. Advantage
- English & Hebrew - Fluent (speaking and writing)
- 1-2 years of experience - Advantage
- European language (e.g. Dutch, German, French & Spanish) - Advantage
- Hands-on campaign management - Advantage
- Social Media Marketing experience – Advantage
- Highly motivated, goal-driven with a willingness to long working hours
- Strong analytical skills and ability to draw conclusions and determine strategies based on data
- Customer service orientation and ability to form lasting customer relationships
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills, time management and attention to detail
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
