About the Role

We are seeking an E-commerce Campaign Manager (SPANISH SPEAKER ONLY) to join our Elite team in Tel Aviv. In this role, you will manage our client’s online marketing activities, build and implement marketing strategies, and optimize their business goals and KPIs. What You'll Be Doing

    • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies and Hands-On ongoing campaign management across various platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Bing, DV360, native platforms, etc.) to achieve client goals and KPIs.
    • Conduct performance analysis, AB testing, and optimization to maximize ROI and improve campaign effectiveness.
    • Manage day-to-day client relationships, both locally and globally, ensuring effective communication and satisfaction.
    • Research and stay up-to-date with industry trends to inform and enhance digital strategies.
    • Analyze client websites to identify opportunities for improving conversion rate (CR) performance.
    • Create and present presentations to clients, providing insights and performance analysis of their campaigns.
    • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to develop and refine digital marketing strategies.

Desired Skills and Experience

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related analytical field – MUST
    • Fluent Spanish Speaker- MUST
    • Strong analytical & data-driven mentality
    • Organized, responsible, independent, and self-motivated
    • Experience with Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and Google Analytics – a plus
    • Excellent communication skills in Hebrew (Native) and English (Fluent)-any additional languages- an advantage.
    • Strategic thinker and a problem solver personality
    • Passion for fashion and online shopping
    • Highly motivated, goal-driven, and eager to learn in a dynamic and supportive team environment.
    • Prior experience in e-commerce – a plus
