About the Role
We’re seeking a Content Marketing Manager to lead our content strategy. In this role, you’ll develop and execute content plans with a focus on driving measurable business results. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in content strategy and execution, including website blog, emails, videos, and a good understanding of SEO and content creation.
As a member of our team, you’ll take charge of content initiatives, working closely with other departments to ensure our content consistently attracts and converts our target audience.

- Drive the development and execution of a broad content strategy that aligns with our business goals.
- Carry out keyword research and ensure all content is optimized for on-site SEO.
- Initiate and implement innovative content ideas to enhance engagement and increase conversions, including videos and content assets.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with external content providers and freelancers, ensuring the delivery of quality content.
- Provide regular reports and analysis on content performance, and suggest strategies for improvement.
- Partner with the design team to ensure that all content is visually compelling and remains consistent with our brand guidelines.
Desired Skills and Experience
- A Bachelor's degree is required, preferably in Marketing.
- Experience in content marketing with a focus on content strategy and operations
- A results-oriented approach, demonstrating the ability to focus on achieving measurable success.
- Ability for multi-tasking with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
- Strong attention to details.
- Curiosity to test new things and beat competition.
- A “can-do” attitude and a drive for continuous improvement.
- Advantage - Experience managing people and projects including internal and external resources, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Fluent English - Verbal and written.
Working Hours
- Full-time position: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Friday until 4:00 PM).
- Offices are located in Tel Aviv, Hybrid mode is on!
