What We’re Looking For
We are looking for a highly talented Legal Counsel to lead all legal matters in the company in our headquarter office located in Tel-Aviv.
The Legal Counsel will be reporting directly to the CEO, COO and CFO and serve as an in-house attorney handling the company’s legal needs and matters.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Commercial & Corporate law, from a prominent law firm or in-house counsel.
What You'll Be Doing
As our in-house Legal Counsel, you will be handling the full scope of legal needs and regulatory compliance requirements in a global framework.
The scope of your role will include commercial and corporate law, fundraising, intellectual property, data privacy, employment law, compliance, and more.
Responsibilities
- Drafting Board of Directors minutes and protocols
- Ongoing reporting to the relevant exchanges and regulatory bodies.
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements (SaaS Agreements, Service Agreements, NDAs, Partnership Agreements, etc.)
- Work closely with the Business and Finance teams on significant cross-company projects.
- Administrative work within the group, working closely with external counsel
Requirements
- At least 2 years of commercial law experience as an in-house Legal Counsel, preferably in a tech company or leading law firm
- Experience working in a large, global organization.
- Fluent English - verbal and written.
- Excellent writing, drafting, negotiating, presentation and communication skills.
- Experience in the areas of commercial law and contracts, employment, data protection and privacy, corporate and M&A.
- Strong contract drafting skills, with deep legal and commercial understanding and analytical capabilities.
- Experience working with global Product and Marketing teams.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish relationships across the organization.
- Ability to negotiate with external third parties on behalf of internal stakeholders to efficiently close transactions.
- Strong project and time management skills, and ability to prioritize effectively and handle multiple deadlines.
- A law degree from an accredited institution.
