About the Role
We are seeking a passionate PPC Team Leader to join our growing digital marketing team as part of the agency in the HQ in Tel-Aviv.
You will be managing a team of PPC Managers, managing the online marketing activity of the agency’s clients, hands-on building and implementing marketing strategies, and optimizing the client’s business goals and KPIs.
- Full-time position: Sunday to Thursday, 9:00AM to 6:00PM
- This position is located in Tel Aviv.
- Hybrid work – onsite / remote.
What You'll Be Doing
- Manage a team of PPC managers
- Be a focal point for the team’s performance-related questions. Inspire, empower, motivate, and coach the team
- Balance workload properly, assign tasks to appropriate staff, and anticipate potential issues.
- Manage day-to-day client relationships
- Manage Search Engine Marketing (SEM) projects including client relations, performance analysis, hands-on campaign development, testing & reporting
- Research and analyze industry changes/developments in Search Engine Marketing
- Analyze client websites and provide well-defined strategies to improve site performance and ROAS
- Perform analysis and research, provide recommendations and develop a strategy for PPC campaigns on different platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, etc
What We’re Looking For
- +3 years of experience as a PPC manager
- Relevant Bachelor’s Degree – Required
- English & Hebrew – Fluent (speaking and writing)
- Excellent leadership skills
- Highly motivated, goal-driven with a willingness to long working hours
- Strong analytical skills and ability to draw conclusions and determine strategies based on data
- Customer service orientation and ability to form lasting customer relationships
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills, time management, and attention to details
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
