We are looking for a skilled HR manager to oversee all aspects of Human Resources practices and processes.
You will support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives.
The goal is to promote corporate values and enable business success through human resources management, including job design, recruitment, performance management, training & development, employment cycle changes and facilities management services.
HR Manager Responsibilities:
Oversee all operational aspects of HR
Managing all recruitment process for the business
Produce a target list of quality candidates by using all channels to find and engage them.
Build a robust pipeline of great candidates,
Management of hiring schedule across all divisions
Conduct interviews – over the phone and in person – and convey your feedback about cultural and personal match to the company, the team and the position.
Taking part in and reviewing all staff appraisal/review processes to ensure each employee has their personal career progression plan and is on track
Overseeing Employee Share schemes implementation
Monitor and report on salaries in industry to ensure market alignment
Develop and implement programs to enhance the work environment, improve employee engagement, and strengthen employee relations.
Provide guidance on Employment Legislation ensuring that the business practices meet the necessary standards
first degree in Human Resources or related field
2-3 years’ experience in HR – preferably within an ad tech company or within digital media
Excellent communication skills
Strong working knowledge on current and future HR Legislations that are likely to face the industry over the next year or so
Proven track record of implementation of processes and with demonstrative positive effect
High level of English – written and verbal.
Able to work effectively and independently in a fast pace and rapidly changing environment
Self-Motivated and energized with a ‘can do’ attitude
Demonstrated ability to provide HR Consulting at a Senior Level
Proactive and self-motivated.
A sense of humor and the ability to build relationships quickly
