You will be giving great service to our clients, ensuring that they are making the most out of our software while also resolving any technical support issues.

- Handle clients’ top tier support issues
- Introduce and train new clients on the ADCORE software
- Help clients create and implement their online marketing strategy
- Create and present written recommendations for SEM performance improvements
- Perform analysis and research, provide recommendations and develop strategy for PPC campaigns
- Manage Search Engine Marketing (SEM) projects including: client relations, performance analysis, campaign improvements based on set benchmarks, testing & reporting
- 1-2 years of experience in tech support/post-sales
- Knowledge of Search Engine Marketing (SEM): a plus
- Bachelor’s degree: a must
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for Internet technology!
- English mother tongue / mother tongue level: mandatory
- Other European languages (e.g. Dutch, Spanish, German & French): an advantage
- Full time position: Sunday to Thursday, 9:00AM to 6:00PM
- This position is located in Tel Aviv. Gush Dan and Ha’Sharon residents only.
