Roy Nevo
Roy is responsible for the daily operations of the company. He has 10 years of experience in the online advertising technology industry and he combines his expertise with a strong business background and both L.L.B and MBA degrees From the Ono Academic College.
Yossi Elchanan

With over 15 years of expertise in marketing and digital advertising, Yossi has built a distinguished career collaborating with both established organizations and innovative startups. He holds an honors BA in Business Management and Psychology from Ben-Gurion University, alongside an MBA from Bar-Ilan University with a focus on Marketing and Entrepreneurship.

Ronit has spent a decade in the digital advertising industry working for leading advertising companies such as 888 Holdings and Reprise Media, today she heads up the Adcore Australian Offices. Ronit received her undergraduate degree from Florida International University as a Computer Engineer with Cum Laude Honors.
Vadim Malkin

Vadim has over 20 years of experience in software development and research. Before joining Adcore, he spent 15 years at Comverse Inc., finishing his tenure there as Business Applications Development Manager. Vadim holds a BA degree in Management from Moscow State University of Economics, Statistics, and Informatics.

With over 9 years of experience in the industry, Lilach has refined her expertise in crafting intricate digital advertising strategies.
In recent years, she has led the Elite services in Adcore, specializing in developing complex digital advertising strategies for businesses.
Today, Lilach is leading Adcore’s brand awareness services, empowering businesses to achieve growth through upper funnel digital tools.
Lilach has an MBA with honors in Business Management, specializing in marketing.

Mr. Konforty, CPA, is experienced in leading financial departments, overseeing financial operations, initiating financial solutions, and implementing internal controls.
Mr. Konforty holds a BA in business administration and accounting from the College of Management Academic studies and has extensive experience in public companies.
Martijn van den Bemd

Martijn has over 13 years of experience in the digital marketing industry. Before joining and leading Adcore’s North America team he gained extensive knowledge in the marketing agency and ad tech landscape in both APAC and EMEA. Martijn holds a BA degree in Commerce from Avans University in the Netherlands. With his strong analytical & technical approach, he is able to think in solutions and opportunities while maximizing results for clients.

Mr. Jaegermann serves as an officer of Cann-Is Capital and a board member of Water Ways Technologies Inc. which are both traded on the TSX-V. Mr. Jaegermann serves as the CEO and Head of Investment Banking Advisory at Aloni Haft, a Tel-Aviv based boutique investment bank.
Sokhie Puar

Mr. Puar, with over 30 years in the public markets, has worked in various capacities in both public and private companies. He has worked with companies in the mining, oil and gas, technology, education, and clean energy sectors since 2001. Mr. Puar holds a diploma in Mechanical Engineering Technology and a diploma in Business Administration from the British Columbia Institute of Technology.
Nancy Goertzen

Ms. Goertzen has over 25 years of experience in corporate development with diversified experience in companies across multiple industry sectors. Ms. Goertzen founded Canadian Women in Private Equity and Venture Capital for BC in 2012. She holds the ICD.D designation from University of Toronto’s Rotman School of Management and is a Certified Professional in Investor Relations (CPIR), a designation from Western University’s Ivey Business School.
