About the Role
We seek a talented User Acquisition Manager who will join our marketing team and lead our Marketing Cloud user acquisition efforts. As a UAM, you will play a pivotal role in defining our department’s core processes and designing our entire user acquisition process from the ground up. In addition, you will be responsible for developing the overall marketing funnel, including strategy, creatives, campaigns, and ROI analysis.

What You'll Be Doing
- Start from scratch with the company's user acquisition activity.
- Grow new marketing channels - LinkedIn, Twitter, Taboola/Outbrain, and other relevant channels.
- Work with the CEO, marketing, and Tech teams to help build a successful Go-To-Market strategy.
- Put the marketing strategy into marketing funnels. Implement and test different marketing funnels.
- Monitoring and managing marketing budgets within an ROI-driven marketing strategy.
- Collaborate with the Tech and Design teams to develop a successful marketing campaign that targets the right audience and employs the right creative.
- Creating, managing, and optimizing PPC campaigns across different platforms (Facebook, Google, Bing, TikTok, etc.).
- Discover, expand, and optimize target audiences on an ongoing basis.
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of experience with paid campaigns - a must.
- Bachelor's degree preferably in Marketing, Business Management, or Communications.
- Love multitasking with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
- Curiosity to test new things and beat the competition.
- Passionate about online marketing and growth hacking.
- Understanding of multi-user acquisition channels and user funnels.
- Numbers-oriented with analytical skills and comfortable with large sets of data.
- Experience with Google Analytics.
- A "can-do" attitude, hands-on mentality, growth mindset, and a drive for continuous improvement.
- Fluent English - verbal and written.
Working Hours
- Full-time position: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Friday until 4:00 PM).
- Offices are located in Tel Aviv; Hybrid mode is on!
