- Account Creation
1.1 Account Creation
MediaBlast enables you to easily and safely create advertising accounts directly through the App for selected Platforms, or via a hybrid account creation process. Depending on the chosen Subscription Plan, Users may open a number of new accounts per Platform on each day. This feature is designed to streamline the account creation process, ensuring a user-friendly experience while adhering to the security and policy standards of each Platform. Users are encouraged to review their Subscription Plan details to understand the specific account creation privileges and limitations that apply to their plan.
1.2 Verification and Approval
Creating an account with MediaBlast involves a verification and approval process to ensure compliance with both our policies and those of the platforms You wish to use (hereinafter: the “Review Process” or “Review”). The Review Process reviews the information You provide and assess your intended use against our eligibility criteria. Typically, the Review Process takes up to 15 minutes, although this can vary. If additional information is needed, we will contact you, which might extend further the Review time.
Account creation is at Adcore’s sole discretion and Adcore reserves the right to refuse account opening without providing any explanation, ensuring platform integrity and compliance with professional and legal standards. By applying for an account, you accept these terms, understanding that submission does not guarantee approval.
1.3 Compliance with Platform Policies
By using the MediaBlast app, You acknowledge and agree that You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with the terms and policies of any platforms or other third-party services on which you create, manage, or interact with media accounts through our App. You confirm that You have read, understood, and agreed to adhere to the terms of service, privacy policies, and any other relevant policies of these Platforms. This includes, but is not limited to, restrictions on the type of content that can be posted, rules regarding copyright and intellectual property rights, and guidelines on acceptable behavior within those platforms.
1.4 Changes to Account Creation Policies
Please be advised that Adcore reserves the right, under its sole discretion, to modify the account creation terms and policies at any time. Any changes to Our account creation terms and policies may have implications for the way You create new accounts. These changes could range from adjustments in the information required for account creation to modifications in the Review Process or restrictions on the number of accounts that can be created. In response to these changes, you may be required to take specific actions to ensure compliance with the new terms and policies.
1.5 Consequences of Non-Compliance
Failure to comply with MediaBlast Terms or the specific Platform policies, including but not limited to using a different domain than the one declared in the account creation form, utilizing more than one domain in the advertising account, or any violations of the Platform’s policies, may result in severe consequences. These actions can lead to a temporary or a permanent suspension or limitation of your advertising account. Furthermore, such non-compliance may also impact your MediaBlast account, potentially restricting future account creation or even leading to its suspension or termination, resulting in a loss of access to Our Services.
It is crucial to adhere strictly to all specified guidelines and policies to ensure the integrity and functionality of your accounts on both MediaBlast and any associated Platforms. Non-compliance not only jeopardizes your standing with MediaBlast but can also significantly affect your ability to effectively use the services provided by the Platform.
1.6 Account Suspension by the Platform
MediaBalst employs a best-effort approach to minimize the risk of account suspension by Platforms, including implementing an advanced Review Process during account creation and conducting daily monitoring of account activity and compliance levels. These measures are designed to ensure that accounts adhere to Platform policies and maintain good standing.
Despite our diligent efforts, we cannot guarantee that an account will not be suspended by the Platform. Various factors beyond our control, including changes in Platform policies or unforeseen violations, may lead to account suspension. Adcore bears no responsibility for any account suspension or the consequences that may arise from it.
- Subscription
2.1 Subscription Plan Descriptions
MediaBlast App offers few distinct Subscription Plans. Each plan is carefully designed to meet the diverse needs and preferences of our Users, varying in monthly subscription fees, included advertising spend, additional fees above the included advertising spend, and the number of new accounts per channel that can be created daily (hereinafter: “Subscription Plan”).
The different Subscription Plans and their fees and terms are detailed in the MediaBlast app.
Below is a detailed description of each subscription’s terms:
– Monthly Subscription: Each plan comes with a specific monthly subscription fee, designed to fit different budgetary and operational requirements.
– Subscription Included Ad Spend: Subscribers are allocated a certain amount of included advertising spend per month, specific to their chosen plan. This feature allows Users to manage their advertising efforts within a predetermined budget.
– Additional Fee Above the Included Ad Spend: Should the advertising spend exceed the included amount, an additional fee is applied. The rate of this fee varies by subscription plan and is designed to accommodate increased advertising needs flexibly.
– Daily New Accounts per Channel: Depending on the Subscription Plan, users are permitted to create a certain number of new accounts per channel each day. This limit is set to help manage platform integrity and ensure quality service for all users.
Each Subscription Plan is structured to provide clear benefits and limitations, ensuring that Users can make informed decisions based on their specific advertising needs and goals. We encourage users to review the features, limits, and benefits associated with each level to select the Subscription Plan that best aligns with their requirements.
2.2 Feature Updates
Adcore reserves the right to modify the features, benefits, or terms of Our Subscription Plans. Users will be informed of any changes via email or within the MediaBlast app, providing sufficient time to adjust their Subscription Plan as needed. This ensures transparency and allows users to make informed decisions regarding their subscription choice.
2.3 Subscription Fees and Payment
– Fee Structure: MediaBlast offers Subscription Plans that include specific recurring monthly charges. Comprehensive details regarding MediaBlast fees can be found directly within the MediaBlast app..
– Payment Schedule: Subscription fees are billed on a monthly basis. The payment is due at the beginning of each Subscription Cycle, ensuring clarity and consistency in billing practices.
– Automatic Renewal: All Subscription Plans to MediaBlast automatically renew each month. This process is designed to provide uninterrupted access to Our Services, ensuring that Users can continue to benefit from MediaBlast without manual renewal actions each month.
2.4 Subscription Plans Changes by User
– Upgrade and Downgrade Policies: Users have the flexibility to modify their Subscription Plan according to their needs. Upgrading a Subscription Plan will take effect immediately, allowing users to benefit from the enhanced features and capabilities without delay. Any difference in cost due to the upgrade will be pro-rated for the remainder of the Subscription Cycle. Downgrading a Subscription Plan is also possible, with changes taking effect at the start of the next Subscription Cycle to ensure a smooth transition.
– Impact on Services: Changes to a Subscription Plan, whether an upgrade or a downgrade, will directly affect the User’s access to MediaBlast’s features and services. Upgrading a Subscription Plan grants immediate access to additional features and capabilities, potentially enhancing the User’s advertising efforts and daily account creation limits. Conversely, downgrading a Subscription Plan may restrict access to certain features, impacting the number of daily account creations allowed and resulting in a higher Additional Fee above the included ad spend. Users are advised to carefully assess the potential impacts of Subscription Plan changes on their services and ongoing activities before proceeding with any modifications to their Subscription Plan.
2.5 Cancellation Policy
Users can cancel their Subscription Plan at any time through a straightforward process within the MediaBlast app. To avoid being charged for the next Subscription Cycle, Users must initiate the cancellation request before the end of the current Subscription period. The cancellation will take effect at the start of the next Subscription Cycle, ensuring that Users are not billed further once the cancellation request has been submitted. Detailed instructions for Subscription Plan cancellation are provided within the App, guiding Users through each step to ensure a smooth and hassle-free cancellation experience.
- Wallet
3.1 Wallet Funding
Users can fund their Wallet through various methods, including wire transfer, Payoneer money transfer, or directly via the App using multiple payment methods such as credit cards. Users acknowledge and agree that initiating chargebacks with payment companies is prohibited, as payment funds are allocated to advertising accounts. The minimum funding amount is set at USD $1,000, with a maximum of USD $25,000 per transaction when using a credit card. Approval for funds added through the App is typically immediate, while funding outside the App may take a few business days.
All transactions must be made in USD.
3.2 Wallet Usage
Funds within the Wallet can be allocated to advertising accounts or withdrawn back into the Wallet. Wallet funds are designated solely for the use within the MediaBlast App, specifically for advertising account budget allocation and withdrawals. Misuse of funds for any other purposes outside these parameters is strictly prohibited.
3.3 Wallet Balance
A sufficient Wallet balance is required to maintain ongoing advertising account activity. Should funds fall below the necessary threshold, advertising account activity will be halted until additional funds are added. Adcore bears no responsibility for any account activity suspension or the consequences that may result from it.
3.4 Fees, Taxes, and Other Charges
– Transaction Fees: Users are responsible for paying all transaction fees incurred when funding the Wallet. Fees for in-App transactions range depending on the User’s geographical location and may vary from time to time. Fees for transactions made outside the App will vary based on the chosen payment gateway and other criteria.
– Service Fees: Service fees, where applicable, will either be deducted from the funds when topping up outside the App or added to the transaction within the App. The fee will be determined by the selected Subscription Plan.
– Taxes: Please note that all taxes, including VAT, GST, or any other relevant taxes (if applicable) will be deducted from the topping amount. Regardless, the responsibility to comply with all tax laws and obligations remains solely with the User, and Adcore bears no responsibility in this regard.
3.5 Withdrawals and Balance Disputes
– Wallet Withdrawals: Users may request a withdrawal of funds from their Wallet at any time. A withdrawal fee of 10%, up to a maximum withdrawal fee of USD $100, will be applied for each withdrawal. The withdrawal process can take up to 7 business days. Users are responsible for all fees, including transaction fees incurred when withdrawing the fund.
– Wallet Balance Dispute: Both parties may initiate an E-Wallet balance dispute. In a dispute balance event, MediaBlast will initiate an investigation. The investigation process aims to promptly address and resolve any discrepancies or concerns and may take up to 7 business days. This measure is necessary to ensure the integrity of transactions on the MediaBlast platform. Users will be notified of the investigation’s outcome, which will be considered final, along with any adjustments to their Wallet balance (if applicable) as soon as the investigation is completed.

Adcore bears no responsibility for any account activity suspension or the consequences that may result from it.
