Can I get free TikTok ad credits if I already have a TikTok Ads Manager account?
No. The 1:1 matched credit program is for new advertisers only. Your TikTok Ads Manager account must have no prior spend history. If you have an existing account that has been inactive for 180 days or more, contact Adcore to check whether it qualifies as a new advertiser for credit purposes.
What’s the difference between the $6,000 public offer and the $10,000 CSP offer?
The $6,000 tier is TikTok’s standard new advertiser incentive, available directly through TikTok for Business. The $10,000 tier is exclusive to advertisers onboarding through a TikTok Channel Sales Partner like Adcore. CSPs operate under TikTok’s Enterprise Business Center infrastructure, which unlocks a higher credit ceiling, Primary Media Agency status, and dedicated support – none of which is available on the standard path.
When does the 30-day credit window start – from when I apply, or from when I launch my first campaign?
From TikTok Ads Manager account creation, not from first spend and not from your application date. The clock starts the moment the account is live. Plan your first campaign to launch as close to account creation as possible to maximize the window.
Do the credits apply to all TikTok campaign types?
Credits apply to campaigns run in TikTok Ads Manager only. They cannot be applied to TikTok Shop seller promotions, influencer partnerships, or any ad product outside of Ads Manager. All standard campaign objectives – including traffic, conversions, app installs, and lead generation – are eligible.
Do I need a promo code or coupon to claim the credits?
No promo code is required. The credit is activated automatically through the CSP account setup process. When Adcore registers as your designated Channel Sales Partner and your account is created under the CSP Business Center, the credit matching is applied programmatically – no manual code entry needed.
What happens if I don’t spend the full $10,000 in 30 days?
Credits are issued in tiers. If you spend $4,000 in your first 30 days, you receive $4,000 in matched credits – you don’t need to hit $10,000 to benefit from the program. The credit you receive reflects whichever spend tier you reach within the window.
Can an agency claim the credits on behalf of a client?
The credit attaches to the individual advertiser account, not to the agency. Agencies that onboard clients through Adcore’s CSP program give each client access to the credit offer independently. Each client account qualifies once. As a side benefit, agencies also earn revenue share on all qualified client spend for a 365-day window – separate from the credit program itself.
Is TikTok Pixel setup mandatory before I can start spending?
Yes. TikTok Pixel or Events API must be installed and verified before the promotion period to maintain credit eligibility. Adcore handles pixel setup and validation as part of the standard onboarding process, so this is typically completed on the same day the account goes live.
