Record-Breaking EOFY Via Full-Funnel Growth: Interior Secrets x Adcore

    Campaign Goals

    • Use brand investment as a performance lever: warm audiences for months so bottom-funnel campaigns convert harder and cheaper when the EOFY sale hits.
    • Build compounding reach across Google, Meta and Microsoft ahead of the EOFY sale window.
    • Deliver stronger June ROAS and revenue year-on-year, across every channel.

    Executive Summary

Every furniture retailer turns on heavier media in June. Adcore started in January. A coordinated brand layer ran for six months across all three platforms before the sale even began: Demand Gen and Video Reach on Google, Reach and Traffic on Meta, Audience Network on Microsoft. All feeding warmer audiences into the performance engines below. The investment compounded quietly. When the EOFY hit, Interior Secrets wasn’t launching a campaign. It was harvesting six months of brand familiarity. June’s bottom-funnel revenue grew over 33% year-on-year, ROAS improved by nearly 20%, and every single channel moved in the right direction.

    Challenge

Interior Secrets’ performance engine was hitting targets consistently. But the growth curve was flattening, the same audiences were being recycled, and the end of financial year was closing in. Every competitor would flood the market. The brands that would cut through weren’t the ones who shouted loudest during the sale. They were the ones customers already trusted before it started.

    Adcore's Main Actions

To achieve the campaign objectives, our Adcore Elite team did the following:

      • Six-month brand layer, three platforms: Google got Demand Gen plus Video Reach (with nearly half of awareness impressions landing on Connected TV). Meta ran Reach and Traffic top-of-funnel campaigns. Microsoft added Audience Network alongside PMax and Search.
      • Google video for compounding reach: Awareness investment more than doubled half-on-half, building millions of unique reach flowing into the performance layer below.
      • Meta top-of-funnel rebuilt for signal: Spend was trimmed and redirected into Reels and Stories, generating over 1,000 times more video views for significantly less budget.
      • Microsoft Audience Network activated: Scaled from near-zero to a meaningful brand line, with bottom-of-funnel ROAS improving over 25% as Search and Audience Network worked together.

    Solution

Google’s Full Funnel Impact Report confirmed it: users reached by both brand and action campaigns converted at significantly higher rates, with multi-touch audiences converting up to 36 times more than single-touch users. Six months of exposure changed how customers converted when the sale arrived.

View-through conversions meaningfully lowered blended CPA. Brand was directly reducing the cost of every conversion the performance layer captured.

Meta told the sharpest story: dramatically more video views for less spend, and the strongest bottom-of-funnel revenue growth of all three channels in June.

The strategy wasn’t designed to win a sprint. It was designed so that by the time the race started, Interior Secrets had already run half of it.

    Key Takeaways

Interior Secrets’ EOFY 2026 results were built across six months, not six days. While competitors loaded up for the June sale window, Adcore had already been running brand campaigns across Google, Meta, and Microsoft since January, warming audiences through Demand Gen, Video Reach, Reels, Stories, and Audience Network before a single EOFY ad went live. By the time the sale hit, Interior Secrets wasn’t entering the race. It had already run half of it.
